For those of you that are experiencing the problem of not being able to view the search words on ad listings.
I have the fix for it after Etsy support were unable to help and I know it is frustrating when running ad campaigns and you cannot switch off the irrelevant keywords.
Here is what fixed the problem for me and this is after trying multiple devices and doing what Etsy support suggested.
1. What I did and this was for all my device phone, ipad, mac computer, mac laption and IBM PC laptop.
2. Update your Mac or PC operating system software.
3. Update the browser you most commonly use eg Chrome, Safari, Firefox
4. Update the Etsy app on iPad and phones.
This worked for me and hope this helps some of you.
