Hi all, I am a new seller and I have been going in circles with Etsy for the past week. I haven't been able to sell anything yet. Support keeps telling me that all I have to do is answer the Sanctioned Region question and hit save. Well, I do that, and nothing happens. The screen never changes and if I go out and back into the screen it's like I never marked the box or hit save.
I have done the trouble shooting they suggested. Clearing the cache and the cookies etc. I have tried three different computers. One with Chrome One with Edge and One with Firefox.
I would attach a screen shot but it doesn't look like I have the ability to. Anyone have any ideas? Here is the question i am referring to.
The screen is stuck. I have tried the Mobile app as well with no success also. I don't understand. Here is the question i am trying to answer.

Welp I decided to close the shop and start a new one. Just added a 1 after my original shop name. This time the process went smooth as silk and I had my first sale last night. I knew it wasn't on my end. But all Etsy support kept saying was that everything was fine.
I was really hoping that Etsy support would figure it out. But they did not. I’m more upset that there were multiple items from my shop in peoples carts. I am hopeful that those people will find me again.
