How to return the name of a deleted store and account to a new store? When you try to register, the old name remains inaccessible, despite the fact that it is not used by anyone.

Shop names can only be used once. You cannot reuse the name of a shop even if that shop is now closed. You can however make it slight different by adding 'shop' or something else to the end.

The store is not only closed, it is deleted along with the account.

@KRMKCZPL if the account was deleted, the shop associated with that account is closed, deleted along with it. As already mentioned, shop names are single use only. Once it's used, it's permanently unavailable. It doesn't matter if the account/shop is active or not.
