Pattern Website Sellers - a Question

I have a problem where all Pattern enquiries have no image or link attached. Embarrassingly, I have to  ask them which listing they are asking about because I can’t tell. I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome browsers on desktop and devices, also using the new and old apps but nothing identifying attached.

Does anyone here have this problem with Pattern?

Adding: I lodged the issue with Etsy about 10 days ago but it hasn’t been fixed.

It's not just pattern.

It's happening with messages through etsy, they aren't showing a link/image to a listing.

Etsy is messing with the message system at the moment and there are a bunch of glitches.

I've had this issue for Quite some time on my other shop's Pattern site.

Not professional, but like Many other things of late, I just keep working around it.......
