No, I have never had that happen but it looks like you are selling illegal counterfeits. That could be why it happened to you. Make sure you put your licensing agreements in every single listing and send all the copies to Etsy so they know you are selling legally.

What was the title of your listing? Maybe we can guess why it was deactivated.
Etsy is now using bots to scan and deactivate listings that are prohibited as they are published.
Listing fees are non-refundable by the way.
