Is anyone else having trouble with messages? Firstly, if I try to message a repeat customer through a new order, the message will not appear on the new order and will instead attach itself to a previous order. This has been going on since the beginning of the month.
Also, as of today, all of my messages are missing a subject field. Perhaps this is something new and intentional?
Additionally, every message I send will now generate a bit of HTML code at the bottom: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.etsy.com/...">Order #...</a>
I've reached out to support and they suggested I try a new browser and sign out/in, but to no avail.

That thing w/attaching to OLD Orders instead of new has to be some glitch, due to Etsy's intended "bundling" of Messages, to make it easier for Sellers. What's bothering me is seeing posts about Messages attaching to old orders instead of new (doesn't sound right). Maybe they will tweak this; I don't know.
The code thing, I don't understand, sorry. Hope someone will jump in.
Yes, I think you're right, my first issue must have to do with the "bundling".

Re your first issue
Even though the wording doesn't specifically mention repeat customers, Etsy has acknowledged there is a problem with messages "disappearing" when they are sent from a new order. This incident report is dated July 7 but does not yet show as Resolved.
