On my dashboard, for the past few days, there has been a warning about my shop having overdue orders:
Please ensure you mark them as complete and add tracking (if available) once shipped to keep your shop in good standing.
However, none of my orders are overdue (or have ever been overdue for that matter). I'm worried that due to this technical glitch my shop may be closed or my listings may be de-indexed. Is anyone else experiencing this?

did you refund any, that you just refunded, and did not cancel?
I did do a partial refund for one of the orders recently... Would this be the problem then? How would I go about fixing it? I didn't want to cancel the order as it was just part of it that needed to be refunded.
@MonaMauve: If the order only needed a partial refund, did you ship the remainder of the order (on time) and mark it as complete with tracking?
@BagmakerSupply Yes - the order was marked as completed as soon as I purchased an Etsy label. Once I processed a partial refund, it did not appear again on my 'New' orders tab. If I go into the order details now, it is still showing up as 'Completed'. If I go into all of my orders and filter by 'Dispatch date = overdue', no orders show up.
@MonaMauve: What does the CSV file (available from your Star Seller page) say about this order? In particular check if *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
@BagmakerSupply Thank you, all of these conditions have been met in the CSV file, so it makes me think this is unrelated. I also didn't find any orders in the CSV file that would not meet all of the conditions that you detailed. It does seem to be caused by a technical glitch as I can't find an order that could have caused this, but I'm still worried it could be bad for my shop.
It's just the banner? Try cleaning out cache and cookies to see if that will remove the banner.
I had this with no items overdue. I just ignored it and it went away after a couple of days.

Wow. Exact same response I got in Help Chat today, 4-28-24. It's been almost one year that I've had One Overdue Order showing on my dashboard.
Even though this shows 2023, I am experiencing the same problem now in 2024. Has another issue in which the Shop Manager Dashboard shows and incorrect overdue order? Will this affect my ranking?

I'm getting this same issue. Does anybody know of a fix or if Etsy is still working on this? I have no outstanding orders but it says 1 item is not dispatched with a link to click to show those orders but when I cliick the link it takes me to my orders page where there are zero orders. Very strange. Has been doing this for a while.

If you've not done so already, I'd recommend that you open a ticket for this issue because the more of us that report it, the more likely they are to push for a faster resolution.
