There is a serious problem in my hello rue store and it scares me very much. There has been an ongoing reserve situation in my store for about 6-7 months, and although I have entered the trackin numbers of the packages I have sent via DHL for approximately 1 month, and although the packages have arrived, they do not turn into delivered status, they remain in pre-transit. A synchronization problem related to DHL and Etsy continues. For this reason, it looks like the cargo was not delivered on time. Therefore, the system considered me as a risky seller and reduced my advertising budget from $ 1000 to $ 100. Finally, today, my Etsy store started to perform the tasks during the opening of the store again, as if it was opened for the first time today, and when I entered the payment account, it notified me that there would be a 3-month payment reserve as if my store had just opened. I am very worried, something is wrong, except for the manufacturing and sales part, which is already stressful under these conditions. I'm writing to etsy support via chat and I don't think my messages are being delivered. Nobody answers. I send an e-mail and I receive an automatic reply stating that I am not infringing the trademark. I do not know what to do. please someone help. I have been waiting for the technical team's help for days .... Need help urgently

When you receive a reply from Etsy, you need to scroll to the bottom and say you still need help.  If you send another email, you open another case and go back to the end of the line for an answer and receive another bot answer. You need to keep replying to the email until an Etsy employee finally answers.  The title wording doesn't help.  You say you are selling solid gold charms and then call them silver.  Etsy has been reducing lots of shop advertising budgets lately so this is not new.  And Etsy says they send emails explaining what they are doing but almost never do.  Good luck with this issue.

Etsy is implementing new rules to suppress shops that don't adhere to their standards.

Shipping late, not delivering on time, having cases opened for "significantly not as described", selling items with IP infringement, or having the same photos as sites like Temu and Aliexpress are all risk factors.

This means limiting how much these shops are shown to shoppers. This could mean shadowbanning your listings entirely, or just limiting how much you are able to spend on Ads.

 

All you can do is make sure, as much as possible, that you are doing everything according to Etsy's Terms of Use. The Star Seller rules are a guide of what is expected of you, as well as the Seller Policy.

As a side note, you may want to remove the deceptive bait and switch pricing you have on your listings. Separate out each material so your listing doesn't say "14K Gold" for $45USD, when it is really $663US.

I ship all my orders on time. I guess you didn't read what I wrote fully. Cargo movements in the cargo company are not synchronized with Etsy. My delivered cargo still shows as pre transit. My product titles also contain Silver titles along with Solid Gold. I offer the buyer a choice with several materials and options. There is no conflict between the title and the product options.

If your 'hello rue store' is your 2nd shop you need to declare each of your shops in each shop, what does hello rue store sell? You are running a risk of this shop being blanked by Etsy as both shops will be linked together. 

As said above 'Etsy is implementing new rules to suppress shops that don't adhere to their standards'

@LuminousLuxuryCrafts: There seem to be a number of separate and distinct issues here, but they may be combining to cause you problems.

"I have sent via DHL ... they remain in pre-transit." What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. If that does not work, make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Entered correctly includes correct format, no leading or trailing spaces, etc.

Long before Star Seller was even a twinkle in someone's eye, we got into the habit of always checking the previous day's shipments to make sure that they show at least 'in transit' so that we could fix any orders with an issue within the 72 hour window we are given.

So yes, the system seeing that a large percentage of orders are not showing as shipping with a valid and verifiable tracking number and / or as delivered will eventually negatively affect you.

As mentioned, the way that your titles and pricing in set up does give the appearance of click bait and bait and switch tactics, which Etsy seems to be trying recently to crack down on. Looking at it from Etsy's point of view they may be afraid of potential 'Not As Described' claims against your shop so they imposed a reserve .

@WitticismsRus Ugh, you scared me. I got this title from the e-mail I sent to Etsy support. The name of the support that contacted me was "rue". I edited the e-mail without sharing it as a post to you here. I forgot to delete the name of the support. It's all my fault.
@BagmakerSupply I can understand everything with shipping, but today I cannot understand why Etsy gives me tasks as if I had just opened my store and gives me a 3-month reservation again. I think there is a serious technical problem and I cannot communicate. I wrote to support 2 weeks ago and they told me that the technical team was working on the problem and that they could not give an estimated time for the solution. I hope a solution is found before my store is closed by the system. I am thinking of contacting my brother Star Seller and the chat support in his store.

I would not contact your brother or use his store for anything.  This may be part of the problem.  If you have more than one shop, you must disclose each of them in each shop.  If Etsy thinks your shop is somehow linked to your brother's shop Etsy might think it is an undisclosed shop.  And if Etsy shuts one shop, they shut them all.

When you mark as complete, do you choose DHL, and the class, and the tracking number entered, is for that class of postage

are you choosing DHL international packet, but sending DHL express, with a DHL express tracking number?

or buying through a third party, and entering the tracking number after it ships?
