Etsy suspension after a week

Hello about a month and a half ago I opened my first Etsy shop "ClearShotStore" and put my entire weeks worth of time to make my shop presentable and full of listings. But after 10 days later of me opening my first shop and my actual first sale, my shop got suspended. I made an appeal but It didn't got accepted and I couldn't find anyone to actually help me with my problem. I hadn't been given any reason of my shop closing and I freaked out for a while then I started searching up on the internet of my possible suspension. I figured it out it might have been because of me not verifying my banking information, and I verified it. After couple of weeks I saw that I could apply for another appeal and I did, but the answer that I received was so vague which is just saying "we understand your frustration and thank you for reaching out" and that's it. Please, I want to get my etsy store back.

You have 4 sales in that shop. Don't know what you was selling. Your shop is closed. Did you IP infringement, copyright violations, non handmade items in there?

No it was digital art prints which I was making everything by myself no copyright violations and ip infringment

What were you selling?  From what I see, it looks like Etsy has permanently closed your store, not suspended.  JMO

A week's investment ... were you reselling stuff? That would be against Etsy's policies.

Sometimes it takes a while for Etsy to reinstate a shop as they have to verify the info.  Make sure you have all info correct and you have answered any questions that Etsy may ask. Hopefully that is the issue.

which may or may not be the reason your were closed.

You also changed your name since the cache of April 23, which might have triggered a closer look. 

Suspension after the first sale usually means an issue with ID, bank account or tax info. Sometimes, Etsy does reopen the shop.

Hello, thank you for the response! I have removed all those "Silly Cat" stuff few days after I listed them without selling any. I realized that the etsy was using my nickname "josh" (probably because I opened my etsy acount under that name just to look around and forget to change it) and I had figured that it might be the issue and changed it. But my bank account and tax information was done

@ClearShotStore you of course filled in your bank account etc. to open, but that doesn't mean Etsy reviewed it. Since many sellers do not sell anything, Etsy sometimes only does the review one a sale is made.

Same thing happen to me. I was selling original paintings and some house decor and miniature supplies. There was nothing wrong with the things I sell but I had a problem with my bank account. I fixed the bank issue and filed an appeal. They didn't respond first then they give me another chance to file an appeal. I still haven't heard back from them. My account is still suspended.
