Is anyone else having a problem with notification of orders? I received an order on the 2nd but I wasn't notified and it didn't show up as an order until late last night on the 3rd. I also was notified on my mobile app that I had another order but can not find it anywhere.
Email notification? That can be problematic. I use it only as backup. I check my shop several times a day for orders, messages, etc. I don't rely on email.
The app can be buggy. I would use a computer instead at least once a day,
The one I was notified about last night was ordered the day before. It did not show up in my shop until 24 hours later.
The other one I was notified about has not shown up in my shop.
Maybe there are payment issues with your orders and Etsy is not notifying you until the buyer's payment clears?
@CoralsGalleria It would be helpful if you specified if you are using one of the apps or doing it via browser, etc. and if you are referring to eMail notifications or in-app notifications or the orders and shipping page in the browser. It makes it easier to help you instead of us having to guess and potentially giving you irrelevant advice.

I received an order at the same time I happened to be looking at my shop. My notification came the next day after I had already mailed it.
The notification you received for an order you can't find - that is probably the notification for the first order. Sometimes they are VERY late.
Yesterday, I received the cha-ching sale notification from the Sell on Etsy app on my android phone for an order that I received the day before. I just received a message notification from the app for a message that I received yesterday. I have yet to receive the cha-ching notification for a sale I received a few hours ago.
Also, yesterday when I opened the orders page on my laptop some of the graphics looked a little different and the page was giving me a tour of the features as though my shop was brand new or they were showing me changes to the page? But, later on in the day, the page was back to looking like it usually does. I guess there may be changes coming to the site and they were testing them.
I had one come in 14 hours later, was early morning and finally had Cha-Ching that evening, looked for new order and finally saw it was the earlier order. Got the first notification fine on phone, the second was iPad. Thought maybe my iPad hadn't updated my app. Not just me.
