Order not showing on dashbord

Two new orders came to my shop today, but they are not visible on the dashboard,however the sale total on the shop appears increase.Now the problem is, who should complete the order

Check your email and see if it says the payment is still processing.

So this glitch is rearing its ugly head again? You would think it would be fixed by now. Several sellers experienced this glitch WEEKS ago.

@UKUNIQUEGEMSTONES  Do not ship anything until you know Payment has cleared and the money is in your Payment Account.  It could be Processing as NanaLetha stated or the glitch which SilverandEarth posted about, is back. 

ETA:  We were typing together.  I see where you just posted the glitch is back.  I'm sorry.  Do not ship until you know payment has cleared.

But they are my repeat customers,and here is the payment is complete.Now the big dilemma is that we are a continuous star seller,now our star seller position is being affected due to not completing orders on time.

@UKUNIQUEGEMSTONES  But it's not your fault.  You don't want to ship something out unless it is clear that payment has cleared and is not being processed; or that it's due to a glitch.

Your Customer should receive a Message about this.  But if you like, you could send them an Etsy Message stating as soon as Etsy notifies you that Payment has cleared, you will ship their item out.  

Hope this gets resolved soon.

I have a similar issue since 2 days. 2 of my orders are not showing on the 'orders & delivery' page. The order count does show up on the dashboard though & I have received email confirmation of sale from etsy & even received the funds in my paypal account. Should I contact etsy support or wait for a day. Reading this thread I see that its a possible glitch from etsy. I have tried the suggested solutions like clearing cache, relogging into account etsy

I kind of found a workaround for the missing order glitch. Click on the Etsy order number on the sale email you receive from etsy. It then redirects you to your shop orders page. Refresh the page and the order then shows up. I hope it works for you guys too. Cheers

@globunnyshop   @UKUNIQUEGEMSTONES  I'm glad  globunnyshop's workaround solved your problem.  I don't understand something however.

I never click onto links or tabs in emails, not even Etsy's (especially with other issues going on). 
Why does clicking onto the link in the sales notification email (which then redirects you to the Orders Page, then you Refreshed page), now show the Order?  When it was not showing before when you clicked onto the Orders Page.

Also, do you both have the money in your Payment Accounts for these sales?

@ChillwolfArt Yes, I did first check if I have a corresponding sale in my paypal account, only then did I open the Etsy mail link. I also always inspect email headers and links before opening any suspect email. 

As for the workaround, why does it work? I don't know, If I did know I would probably be working in Etsy's technical team
