I have an order that I cannot orint shipping labels for because it says it has not been paid. The customer.
Said she could not talk to etsy only me. What should I do?

Wait for the payment to be approved. It will say paid in your shop payment account. Then you can ship. Tell your buyer to wait for payment to finish processing.
Direct her to Etsy. Nothing you can do until payment is processed.
Never take any conversation out if Etsy. It might be a scam attempt.
You can't do anything about it. She needs to talk to Etsy.

I would tell the customer that you are sorry, but you cannot do anything until the order shows as paid on your end, that you have no control or involvement in the processing of her credit card payment.
You cannot ship, you cannot cancel, you have to wait until Etsy processes and approves the payment, or cancels it.
You don't have an order until the payment clears.
Thank Etsy for not letting you print a label for an order that you don't have yet.

It's a good thing that label wouldn't print. Did you not notice it wasn't paid before you tried to ship it? Beware of pushy buyers. She certainly can talk to Etsy if she wanted to. Don't let anyone bully you and don't fall for sob stories designed to make you act in haste. Those are scams.
Always check your Finances to make sure that the payment has been put into your account.
