Listings deactivated due to overdue balance, but paying it didn't reactivate
Hello,
I had an overdue balance last month as I was on vacation and my account was suspended on 9/22 and my listings were deactivated. The suspension email I received said that paying my overdue balance would reinstate my account, so I did so on 10/8. However, I am still unable to reactivate my listings. I have reviewed the seller's policies thoroughly and have confirmed that I comply.
Here are all of the things I've tried:
- Emailed billing@etsy.com as it says on the suspension email - I got an automatic reply saying that this isn't a monitored inbox
- Created a support ticket explaining what I explained above - I got a response describing what can and can't be sold on Etsy and was told that support is unable to reactivate nor offer more information about the deactivation
- Filing an appeal - but it says my account doesn't have any issues eligible for appeal
Has anyone else had an issue like this? Is there some other way to get in touch with someone from Etsy who can resolve this?

Re: Listings deactivated due to overdue balance, but paying it didn't reactivate
Try this:
https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new#issue_sell_manage_listings-callback
Or if that link doesn't work, click around until you are just this side of dizzy and you'll eventually come across the callback link
Good luck!
