Order from France

I have a seller from the USA who is receiving messages from buyers in France stating that they can't place orders over $200. Has something changed recently, resulting in buyers having limits on their orders?

France has set a limit for online purchases for their citizens from outside the EU, they are blocked from purchasing over 150 Euros.

omigod, its starting for real. We won't be able to buy anything from overseas soon. The World Economic  Forum tells us we will have nothing and be happy.
