I am experiencing the same problem and it is soo frustrating. I tried clearing the cache, tried different browsers, and devices, used VPN, and incognito mode, but nothing is working. Spoke with agent but he also of new help, he simple told me to contact apple. like what does apple has to do with this? My customers are waiting for their orders to shipped and I can not log in but keep getting the message "An error has occurred. Please try again!" shouldn't have signed out yesterday.
