I received an email for an order confirmation, but when I click on the button that says "confirm order", it says site can't be reached. I dont know if there is an order or not.
Plus, before that I think i had someone try to scam me saying my shop was temporarily suspended, is that the case? I didn't see anything in my dashboard saying it was.
Please help! I am new to all of this and am so confused.
Scammers tend to target new shops.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
Your shop is open, cute stuff!
"I received an email for an order confirmation, but when I click on the button that says "confirm order", it says site can't be reached. I don't know if there is an order or not. "
You can see if there is an order or not by looking in your Shop Manager. Is there an order there? If not then there is no order.
@AnglkissCreations: You will never be asked to "confirm" an order. Real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page. New shops with no sales are prime targets of spammers. An incomplete shop (no location, about, policies, bio, etc) such as yours is particularly attractive to the spammers and also hurts you in organic search.
You may want to read some of Etsy's help articles about setting up a shop and consider asking for help in one of the more appropriate forums like https://community.etsy.com/t5/Getting-Started-on-Etsy/bd-p/new-seller-forum, https://community.etsy.com/t5/Shop-Critiques/bd-p/shop-critiques and / or https://community.etsy.com/t5/Marketing-Your-Business/bd-p/marketing
It's a scam, don't click on anything! Always, first go to your shop and look there. If there is an order, it will show up there. If there is an issue with your shop, it will be there as well.
As others have said, you never need to "click to confirm" an order—it's all seamless and behind the scenes. And NEVER click on outside links.
Was it really an email? Or a message on etsy? Real messages from etsy will always be in the "from etsy" section of your inbox.
And when you get an order, there is a notification ON YOUR DASHBOARD.
