No Connection to Instagram or Pinterest

Does anyone has the same issue and what is the way to do it? 

When I go to Marketing and want to submit a post from Etsy to Instagram ot Pinterest, I can't. On Instagram the message said: finish on your app/device. Pinterest even does not let me check the Check box.

Please let me know or help.

I use Pinterest right from the listing and it always works

Very strange. I can't even check the Check Box. Do, I write to the Etsy Web Site Support?

From the listing you can just share your post on Pinterest, FB, X. But you can't create the post on Etsy (that's what I am trying to post) and post it on Instagram or Pinterest. This is the issue I have.

When you select what Social Media to post to. You have to check (with check box) each Social Media. I can check everything but Pinterest.

And as for the Instagram it just gives me a message that I have to finish on app/device. I am not sure how. I went ot App and tried to see how I can do it on App, but its the same.

@BagmakerSupply  thank you. But, I didn't not see the solution there. On Instagram they have issues, I see. But on Pinterest, I can't even select it.

And They talk about YOUR LISTING to share. And here @NanaLetha correct you can do it right from the Listing. But if you go to Marketing, Social Account posting. You create a post and you can't post on Instagram or Pinterest. This is the Issue that I have.

You are setting up instagram from their App right? you can't from a desktop, or laptop.

We still did not get help with Pinterest. Anyone has the same issue or only us?
