I had my shop on vacation for a while. When I reopened and added a listing I noticed that when it shows up in a search it looks like I have no reviews under the thumbnail. How can I fix this? Is this as a result of being on vacation mode? Right now it looks like I have no reviews. I have all 5 stars reviews and would like that to be apparent when shoppers are browsing search. Any clues?
Here is the link to the listing. Thank you!

It's because you haven't had any reviews in the last year.
Your old reviews show on your shop, but not in search.

Once you get a review this year, the stars will show up again.
I see under the listing that you have 27 reviews.
Same.
My actual listing shows the reviews but I don't see them in the thumbnail in a search result when I typed in "5 x 7 fox greeting card". Are you seeing them in the thumbnail search results too?

Bummer. I had no idea that reviews worked that way. Back to square one I guess, in getting traction on search and having folks click on my listing. Thanks for the info.
It does make you look like a new shop, with no reviews showing, when you are not a new shop, just one who was on pause for a bit.
Get a few more items listed, get the sales started, and your stars will shine again.
