I am not able to Add a package to the orders-
Once I type the tracking number I got a message :
"The tracking number is already in use for this order."
What is the best way to fix this issue.

It looks like whenever you buy shipping labels from Etsy, it closes the order automatically. You can just close the window instead of putting the shipping number in the box as before.
Wouldn't it be great to get an email about changes to the software?!

It sounds like you already added the tracking number, or it was added automatically when you generated a label from Etsy or an integrated shipping service.

The thing I am worry is the review that Etsy make to my shop. I do not want to be read it as no shipped on time
I had the same thing happen this morning... I use Pirate Ship for labels, and copy & paste the tracking number to my buyers thank you message... It kept telling me the same thing. The only way I could get away from it was to close the browser window. The orders did move to completed, however, who knows what will happen to star seller stats.....

I am getting the same thing (for 2 days now) when I enter the tracking number to complete the order. There's only 1 number for the order, and it won't let me enter it to close the order. Must be a software issue.
I guess it's not a big deal. I just click 'no tracking with this order', but if it comes back to bite me on the star seller features, I'm going to have a fit.
I am having this issue also. Purchased a priority label from Etsy and when I go to enter it to Complete Order it says that it is already in use.

I've been having the same issue for my last 5 orders or so. If Etsy is completing the order automatically, that's fine although I don't like getting the red field, as though I've made a mistake, it's disconcerting. I'm also wondering if the customer is getting the tracking number, it seems like maybe they are not? For example, here are two screen shots - the one with one tracking number is the issue we're discussing, the order showing two tracking numbers is from before this. Can anyone clarify?
Yes, I am concern because if you do not add the tracking number kind of fell on " wrong doing " and your shop can have a bad review.
