New Mix and Match offers not showing on chrome and on safari mobile and on the app

I set up new mix and match offers on my shops, and they were looking great earlier, however, I've come back to check them and now they are not showing. I checked signed out, as a guest, and signed in, I checked on the app and on a computer. Not showing. This is happening on CHROME, the App, and Safari Mobile. 

When I look into my shop, I see that the offers are active, and the items are all in a separate category created by etsy called "on sale". 

But when you click on the item, there is nothing showing and the item is not on sale (earlier I could see the list of "buy together get x off" and the other items associated with it.)

Is this a temporary glitch ? 

I'm based in France, using Iphone and MacBookAir. 

Update : I checked other search engines, the offers are showing on Firefox, and on Safari (on my computer)

So showing some places, but not others. Would be great if they showed everywhere !

I have the exact same issue as many of you here. I put up 4 mix an match discounts, they do not show on Chrome or on the app, but they do show on Firefox, before Item details on the right column (on desktop). It says " Buy together get X% off" and lists the three I chose with a big Add all to cart button underneath. The problem is nobody knows unless they click on the item and then scroll down, so it's not easy to find...  Oh and I am missing the "On sale" category as well. 

Basically there's no way for anyone to know I have discounts when they visit my shop, unless they do some detective work!

@TinLizziAntiques  I can see the bundle offer in the listing under the cart button on my Samsung mobile browser, but of course I can not buy because I am in Germany

@somethinks2design, thank you for finding my Mix and Match sale. It's hit and miss where  it shows on the Internet. I can see it on Edge browser on my tablet, but nowhere else. 

I am unable to ship internationally.

Everyone, I chatted with an Etsy staff member yesterday, and the staffer told me that Etsy engineers are aware of the problem with the sales not showing on the orange Etsy app and are working on a solution. However, it is unclear when it could be fixed.

Question rhetorically, does it make sense to offer a sales option that can not be seen on the Etsy app, where approximately 70% of buyers shop? I don't think so.

@TinLizziAntiques  Lots of things Etsy does do not make sense! They often launch new features seemingly without testing first.

I am on Safari on my MacBook and I see your Buy together and get these items.. I am looking at the Mini black satchel.

@TheHomespunLoft Thank you. Yes the main problem on laptop seems to be with chrome. I can see them too in Safari laptop and firefox laptop, and safari mobile. That's it. Not on the app. I wish they would restore the "sale" category so that at least customers have a clue something is discounted.

so the app has always been glitchy.. I got rid of it ages ago.. but I get that some customers use it.. my stats say not as much as they used to.. BUT why not put a notice in your Announcement section about a sale or discounts.. you could always make a section for the items on discount too.

True !! I never thought of creating the sale section myself lol. great idea. Now I've just included a message on my storefront but I doubt many customers will see that as they shop mainly through the app, on listings so not really visiting a shop in particular. Thank you for the idea That will help if they have drifted by chance to my shop sections !

@NutmegCottage Really ? Wow that's wild. Today I even found out something crazier, it shows from the pins I make in my deco pinterest, but not from the ones I make from my jewelry pinterest. So some pins yes, some pins no (different accounts.) A pin from the same product, will show it and not show it. Seriously!!! What is it !!!! It was such a great idea / function on paper !
