star for review do not seem correct for 1 of my shops

I have 294 reviews for my shop.  289 of the are 5 star reviews. 4 were 4 star reviews and 1 was a 2 star review.  Why is my shop star review a 4 1/2 stars? I just noticed this recently and all of my recent reviews were 5 stars.

The total stars only count for the last 12 months.

The review stars for your shop are the past 12 months. The star seller percentage is on a rolling 3 months. So this review period is using August, September and October.

To add to what's said above.

You have some IP infringing items (mouse ears + trademarked font ("Florida Park trip"), Hershey Kiss, "onesie" word is trademarked). They put your shop at risk.
