New Mix and Match offers not showing on chrome and on safari mobile and on the app

I set up new mix and match offers on my shops, and they were looking great earlier, however, I've come back to check them and now they are not showing. I checked signed out, as a guest, and signed in, I checked on the app and on a computer. Not showing. This is happening on CHROME, the App, and Safari Mobile. 

When I look into my shop, I see that the offers are active, and the items are all in a separate category created by etsy called "on sale". 

But when you click on the item, there is nothing showing and the item is not on sale (earlier I could see the list of "buy together get x off" and the other items associated with it.)

Is this a temporary glitch ? 

I'm based in France, using Iphone and MacBookAir. 

Update : I checked other search engines, the offers are showing on Firefox, and on Safari (on my computer)

So showing some places, but not others. Would be great if they showed everywhere !

I can those mix and match items in the sale section of my shop but can't find anything where it says "buy together with xxx...". Don't see it your shop either.

It shows when you act as a client, underneath the items to the right, there is a list with the former price and the new price if purchased together. Earlier I could even see it as a seller checking my storefront.

@SausageCrafts - at first, the bundled offering did appear to the right side - both client facing and seller facing. But no more. Also, the inability to name your coupons for easy finding later as I mentioned in another post. Etsy please look into this!

I set up 10 of these offers, and they showed up at first. Now they're all missing from my listings. Looks like an Etsy glitch.

same.  Loved it, they showed up in a "sale" category and that disappeared.  Now The sale doesn't show up at all, but they are all listed in my "sales and discounts".  Etsy - HELP

I see it in firefox & bing.

not in chrome though. Huh!

The ON SALE section is still there with the items in it but now it really makes NO sense for those items. Headscratching for sure for buyers seeing this.

I responded to a different post, but have now checked Again on my shop and when you click on 'on sale', then click on one of the listings, there is a little side group that says something about 'buy together and save 25%, {that's how much I did most}, so I feel better now.

Still seems to be a lot of extra steps to actually see what the price is of a bundle of things.......{I haven't had my Dark Chocolate today though, so could just be the 'crankiness' working, lol}.

Yes me too, I'm not saying it's not working, just that on some search engines, it doesn't show, even when you click on the listings (which is already one step that the customers have to guess) . For me not showing at all with chrome. I can see it well on Firefox for example.

Not showing in my listings using Firefox. Hope Etsy is looking into this problem.

For me I see it on Firefox, on my computer. And on safari computer but not safari mobile.

@TheSausageCraftsI don't think the problem is at our end. It's an Etsy glitch that needs to be fixed by the tech people.When I originally set it up in Firefox for a number of my listings, it was working fine. Then it didn't. Hopefully by tomorrow, we'll see it in our listings.

Thank goodness I am not the only one experiencing this problem. My mix and match items are showing in the section "on sale"but not in the listing either where you should be able to add the items to your cart. I'm using google search, the APP and Chrome

I also can't see details of the mix & match offers I set up on Safari on my Apple Mini nor on Safari mobile.. Just the sale section, but no actual details about what the bundles are or what the discount is when purchased together..

Anyone else still experiencing this bug, too?

Last night when I set up four Mix n Match offers on my shop, I could tap the listing and see the 20% off savings on the item on sale. This morning, I could not see the sale price anywhere. 

Would someone please look at the Yorktowne dessert mold and small berry bowl in my shop and see if the sale price shows in the cart or elsewhere? It's disheartening if Etsy set up a new marketing tool that won't work. Buyers don't jump through hoops to buy.

I see them as 20% off, but nothing about buying two at one time.  maybe you can't have something on sale and do the mix thing too.  But I don't have them on sale and I don't get the buy 2 offer.  Ugh!

@TinLizziAntiquesHi Elizabeth, I looked at your lovely shop, and those two items are not showing up as being on sale.  My items (totaling 20) are still not showing up as being on sale either.

The other thing that disappeared is the "On Sale" section that had appeared when I first set up my mix and match sale, and now that's gone, too. And it's not showing up in your shop either.

It would be nice for us to hear from Etsy if they are looking into this problem.

Yes, I feel like a ditzy dummy because I changed my listings to tell my customers they could see the savings in their carts. Thank you for checking.

Let's hope Etsy figures this new sale out. Perhaps a moderator will see our comments.

I set up some offers yesterday and today, they show up on my laptop but not on my tablet or phone so I've taken them back of till it gets sorted, it's a bit confusing.

@LindasWatercolours: "... not on my tablet or phone ..." Do you mean not on the app? If so, sadly it is not unusual for discrepancies between the app and a browser view.

Still waiting for this "Bug" to be fixed. None of my Mix & Match Items are showing the discount.

I want to include more listings, but I'm not bothering to do so because they probably won't show the discount either.

Etsy -- Please let us sellers know what's going on. The note on my Dashboard still says to:""Attract deal-seeking buyers with discounted bundles of items" When are our bundled items going to show the discount?

Thank you for posting ! I was going to "up" the post, now I seem to have the sale section disappeared too. I feel stupid because I communicated too soon on these discounts on my social pages and now it looks unprofessional, if it can't be seen on the shop. Etsy always rolls out things before they are ready. It's such a great idea though, I hope it will work soon and show everywhere. Maybe a ribbon on the listings or something ! So that customers catch them. Let's hope they will fix it, not remove it. I think it's great for holiday shopping.
