Name Verification Issues

In order to try and get my bank account verified, I’ve had to change my name back to my maiden name. I followed the guidelines set by Etsy for business bank accounts and set my legal name to Ellie Maree Lastname TA CF Designs Co, which is my name and registered trading name in Australia. 

Etsy won’t accept my licence, which has Ellie M Lastname. 

What on earth else can I do? What should my legal name be then if not what Etsy asks it to be? Which then won’t match my bank account because my licence has an initial rather than my full middle name?

I haven’t attempted to reupload my ID because I don’t want to get permanently banned. I have my licence and birth certificate if needed, but it’s just getting a bit ridiculous and an ongoing saga for the past few months.
