I was wondering if someone might be able to point us in the right direction on who to reach out to regarding an issue we are having here on Etsy. The issue is with orders are not displaying in our dashboard at all or they are showing up days to months later from the purchase date. If an order does finally go through, 90% of time it's already marked as a late shipment because the processing system is simply comparing the purchasing date to the current date. It's not taking into account the actual date the order went through.
We have been in contact with Etsy (via chat, email, and phone) about this issue, have been told it's known, and it's definitely something happening on their end. However, zero feedback or information is ever provided as to why it is happening. We have support tickets as far back as 2 years ago related to this.
It does seem to be random, sometimes an order can show up a day later and we've had orders not show up for a long as a month. This is even with us being in contact with Etsy and the buyer as they reach out asking why their order is late. We've asked if this could be something related to the buyers payment information and it taking longer to authenticate. Etsy's support has said maybe, but never will elaborate. At first it was happening only happening once, maybe just a few times in a year, but now it's starting becoming frequent and becoming a problem.
For anyone reading this, I would like to say thank you. If anyone is able to shed light on this situation or point us in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Chris M.

I have just had this happen to me!
A customer messaged about not receiving their order and on checking the order it says it's 9 days overdue but doesn't appear in my new orders. I also use etsy postage labels to send everything and there is nothing to say I ever posted it, so it should be in my open orders but its not otherwise obviously I would have posted it
