My photos are still all distorted like yesterday error

Hello! Yesterday there was an error with the listing photos that show them distorted, they fixed it but now they look again in my shop, can someone assist me? My products don't look good with this error.

Clearing cache and deleting Etsy-related cookies does not work.  And strangely when contacting Etsy support about this and providing screenshots which clearly shows the distorted photos the Etsy support person says that everything looks okay and normal on their side.  Only my sold items photos are distorted at this point but it is still a problem and hopefully will  get fixed soon.

Yes, the photos under your sold items have distorted images.
But the current listing images on your shop's main page do display normally.

No they are NOT!  ALL OF MY IMAGES ARE DISTORTED.

They keep posting to clear your cache, etc. NOTHING is working. NOTHING. My customers are dismayed. I left shopify for THIS??!!! Brand new shop with jacked up pictures. They were fine on Monday.....

clearing the cache does not work

looking at one persons listings, then another persons, they are different

it's something to do with the way ETSY is showing the pictures,

probably trying to do something "clever" with sizing the photos in the new listing format vs the old.

The problem in my shop is still not fixed, and clearing the cache doesn't help. By the way, clients will not be clearing their cache...

Those of you experiencing issues:

Help me understand, as when I look everywhere the pics on homepages look fine. When I open some of your listings, the pic is rectangular not square (not distorted, tho). Is this was you're talking about as I've not been able to see it anywhere since this was reported a few days ago.

@PristinityJewelry did have items in his sold listings that were squished. I did as well. But I don't see it now in either of our shops now.

It wasn't just rectangle pics that were distorted. I have some square pics that I adjusted the thumbnail (zoomed in) and they became distorted.

Now fixed, but that was a BAD move. Brand new shop and already getting messages that my photos were unacceptable
