Multiple order download links NOT there

As a seller of digital download patterns, I have encountered customers who contact me because they do not have the download link to my product after order is complete .

What I have done then is manually sent them the product, but all this is affecting negatively to all the process. 

And I feel a bit helpless when a buyer sends me message hey, I don’t have the link to download, wtf, as if I am messing up and it’s Etsy that has a default, and taking most of the cuts from my orders.

Fix the problem, Etsy!

And yes I search for solution and help center says the app doesn’t work but browser does with multiple orders, well it does not. And the solution would be fix the app and not make the solution browser , although first should start with the browser then.

Using a browser works just fine when buying multiple digital items. I doubt Etsy is going to fix the app.

You could explain where to find their downloads under their "purchases and reviews" section of their profile.  I believe the transaction email the Buyer gets from Etsy also has a button to go directly to the download.

I buy multiple downloads quite a bit, sometimes 10 at a time.  I have every link to every digital listing that I ever bought right on my Purchases pages.  There's never been a problem accessing downloads.  The solution is indeed for the buyer to use a laptop and browser.

I never thought to check, but you're right.  I check my Buyer app for the last several digital items I purchased, and there is no way to download.

However, I do see the download option on the browser / desktop mobile site.
