Two days ago, a customer contacted me via Etsy. We exchanged some messages, but since yesterday, I can't see our chat in the regular Etsy-app or the Shop-app. I'm not getting any notifications about his new messages, either... I can only access our chat via an e-mail notification from two days ago about one of said customer's previous messages.
I can still see and access other chats from weeks, even years ago. Just not this recent one.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Have you been able to fix it? (Or did it fix itself, eventually?)
This is a serious problem, since I need to jump through weird hoops to communicate with the aforementioned customer, and can't tell if I'm potentially missing new messages from other people...

Check your spam folder on a browser. There have been reports of messages, even long running ones, suddenly being sent to spam.
Are you sure you're not communicating with a scammer? If so, then Etsy caught it and moved it to spam or deleted it completely.

You were right! I checked in my browser, and the messages had indeed been moved to spam. I've moved them back.
