Hi,
I am a new etsy seller who has just started selling over the last couple of days, I recieved a message from 'Support Staff' asking me to confirm my details so I can get paid for my first sale. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is legitimate or not?
Many thanks.
NOT.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.

You don't have any sales.
If you really had a sale it would show up on your order page on your shop manager.
If a sale is not there, then there's no sale and the message is from a scammer wanting to steal your money.
Mark that message as SPAM.
New sellers really should read up on important info on getting paid, about verifying your shop, fees, etc BEFORE ever opening a shop.
