Was "temporary" disabled from messaging 2 months ago and i still can't answer my buyers...i contacted etsy support and no reply for over a week. Anyone knows how to fix that?

This isn't a technical issue and sellers in the forums or you cannot "fix" it. You'll have to wait for Etsy to give you message privileges back. I'm guessing you weren't using the messaging system properly and you were temporarily disabled. Two months with no messaging does seem long. You can try emailing your buyers. Support told me to do that once when I couldn't reach the buyer via messaging.

I’m a handcrafted furniture seller on Etsy, my message section has been disabled and i got to know that it is because of promotional activities i did through messages.
I’m really sorry about this but it just has been a month that i have become active on Etsy so i was not aware that if i do promotional activites through messages it would be a problem.
I assure you now that it won’t happen in future, so kindly enable the message section otherwise it would become a difficult task to sell products on Etsy as buyer may have many queries regarding the product and we customise also so the size color and all other things I’ll have to discuss with the buyer.
Only Etsy can fix that. Contact them again.
They may have banned you permanently.
They may yet ban your entire shop for selling unlicensed counterfeit items.
Every time I try to send massage, it says "temporary" and I do not sell unlicensed counterfeit items. All of my anime designs, I created with midjourney paid members ai which gives me the right to sell. Thank you

You will need to contact Etsy either via chat or Contact us found under Community in the shop manager. If you used any other email address found on the web, those emails no longer work or are monitored.
I suggest completing your shop. You need your about page where you can talk about how you create your items. Buyers like to know who the designer is and how artist come up with their designs. The other necessity is shop policies. They need to be EU/UK compliant

@Furniturefromfactory: Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
