All of my items are either Instant Downloads or Made To Order digital downloads. Etsy does not give us an option to add a processing dates so my orders have always just said "no estimate". However, this week I suddenly have a "ship by" date showing on a bunch of my orders. They all say the same date which is July 5th. There is also no option to even extend this or remove it in any way. I have no trouble getting them all completed by July 5th. That's no problem. But I don't know why it's suddenly showing. I have reviewed my account settings and there is in no way anything set up that would cause this problem. And with made to order digital items it shouldn't be happening anyways since you can't add a processing date. Anyone else having this issue? I've already reached out to Etsy support and they forwarded it off to another team. But I haven't heard back yet. I'm assuming this is a bug.
