Star Seller Question

I have earned 100 percent on my ratings (all 5 stars) and 100 percent on my on time shipping & delivery but did not make the number of sales required (9 out of 10) & was short on the sales amount. I missed one response in messages. My question is why I didn’t receive badges for my shop for ratings & on time shipping? (Is it because I didn’t make the number of sales & the sales money amount??

"To be eligible to earn any of these badges, you must also meet the orders, sales, and shop tenure requirements: 10 orders and $300 in sales (before shipping and taxes) within the three month review period. Been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale."
