Afternoon All - is anyone having problems with their orders being flagged MISSING PROCESSING TIMES? I have had 100% shipping for 13 years in the last 3 weeks its gone down to 92% and 65 orders missing processing times and growing every day. I have been on the chat to them and I get the same answer - their tech is working on it and there is no time limit. I was just on to them today to show them that my order taken down this morning for example show on etsy as dispatched on the 18th Jan. (Yep) but on the Aust Post portal it shows 17th. So tried to tell them the glitch and the rep just kept telling me that if it keeps going down my payments will go into reserve. I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

This is a known glitch where some orders "lose" their processing time. There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...
Why this is a Star Seller metric when you cannot publish a listing without a processing time is a mystery.
I don't believe that the underlying data has ever been corrected for anyone experiencing this issue.
