I shipped an order , but Etsy not recognising the tracking number? Payment account reserve.

hi, I shipped an order from Spain to the uk on the 10th of December and entered the tracking number but it still says "no tracking" 

now I received an email saying Etsy has out a temporary payment reserve on my account. I have tried updating the tracking but it is still not recognising it. how do I fix this problem ? the tracking number works on the Correos website and the Royal Mail website.

@Bricktingsmon: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. You can check if the company you use is supported at https://www.aftership.com/carriers

An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
