70 of our BEST listings are not working. This happened the day before we left for our honeymoon (talk about stress while being away) and I had increased our processing times under our main shipping profile.
I figured this out because people were sending us messages asking why they can't purchase them. We sell candles so in order to order them you have to choose the size and scent, when people add them to their cart it makes them reselect these options and ultimately will not let them check out. When I go to edit these listings I get a red banner that says "bad gateway" at the top of the screen when I'm in the Etsy app and when I go on our computer it gives us another red banner that says "uh oh something went wrong - please try again". All of the variations are gone and if I re add the variations I cannot publish the listing (the publish button is greyed out). I tried deactivating it and reactivating the listing and that does not work. I tried copying the listing, that also does not work - I get the same red banners. I have recreated most of these listings however we lose our best seller badges on them, stats, everything we've worked on for 2+ years.
We have contacted Etsy support several times over the last 3 weeks and they give us the same "our technical team is working on this..." message with no solutions or what we can do in the mean time.
Is anyone else experiencing this now or has experienced this before or is this just our shop? I've looked up as much as I can on this and anything in Etsy forums that was related has been archived. I am on the fence about deactivating them completely in hopes they get fixed and things can go back to normal but it's been 3 weeks now and there hasn't been a fix. Any help/advice is much appreciated as our shop is down 50% which you can imagine is hurting us badly.

This is awful for your shop, sorry to read this.
When you contact them, are you opening new tickets? That could be a problem. When an issue isn't resolved, it's best to keep the same chain going because new tickets are moved to the bottom of the pile.
Maybe one of the admin. here on the forums will see this and can forward this for you.

Did you try turning off and unplugging your router for 30 minutes? If it's happening on the app and your computer maybe the glitch, if it's not Etsy, somehow happened on your WiFi.

I'm in the UK and I was able to add one of your candles to my cart without any problems. I only tried one though (I hate everyone) and didn't go any further. What error message are your customers getting when they try adding to cart? Or does the issue occur after that? Perhaps they are in a country that you don't ship to.
Hello I am also getting this problem on some of my listings, also I could just make a new listing but I don't want to loose all the rankings and customer reviews. I am unsure who to contact. I have tried - Relisting the item. The old Etsy seller app, The new Etsy seller app (that can't even access the listing it just gives me an error) Ive tried altering every category one at a time and saving, Nothing seems to help.
Hi, I’m in the UK and successfully added 2 to the basket. Happy Graduation and Custom text. Do you want to give me an example of a reported broken one? Something similar happed in my account, it was to do with the shipping template. It only affected older listings.
So we ended up recreating all of our broken listings which is why you were able to add them now. However, what you said about the shipping template is interesting because all of our listings broke when I changed our processing times to 7 days or longer because we were going on our honeymoon. I'm honestly scared to change our processing times again because now I have PTSD over that issue happening again lol
Hi, I've been having problems with variations and photos disappearing from about 30 listings. I wondered why my sales for some popular vintage items stopped. I think I've fixed them all but not sure why this happened.
Do you use vela? I noticed that when I bulk edit my listings all my photo links are broken.. Which I knew that before I edited 900 listings

@StarchasersUK there have been some posts recently about some items not being indexed, whereas others are not - within the same shop. This is unusual, especially since you said you tried relisting, etc. I'm sorry, I haven't seen the solution yet, other than to contact Etsy Support.
As for variation linked photos disappearing, @BeKindOldFindsMore that has been an ongoing Etsy glitch for quite some time. Again - no solution that I've seen, sorry!

@VintageRiverview: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.
It’s on the new Etsy seller app on IOS iPhone
@VintageRiverview: Unfortunately there are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with the apps and very few solutions. The consensus seems to be to manage listings, orders, and messages via a browser until the app issues are resolved.
My top 8+ items that haven't sold at all in the past few days. I'm not sure what is happening. Our conversion rate has also crashed to the lowest I've ever seen. Not even 1%. Sales have dropped to a handful. I have fewer sales than I did 4+ years ago. YOY down 60%-89% depending on the day over the past few weeks.
I'm glad and not glad another busy and established shop has experienced something off.
Etsy claims they don't test on shops but do by users. I don't believe this. Maybe testing by user and if you have a shop your shop then is part of a test is more like it.
