About 1.5 hrs ago I received the email that a customer had purchased an item and the purchase is also logged in the 'recent activity' feed, but is missing on my order page.
Is anyone else having issues with this today?
Look to see if the Order shows up on your Orders Page. And there is no Note saying it is Processing (there could be something going on with the credit card, we never know the reason why). If it is Processing, don't ship the Order out until you receive confirmation from Etsy that Processing has been completed. Also check in your Payment Account and see if you've received the funds for the Order. But if an Order has processed, it should show under your "Orders".

@BluebellHillCrafts - I would also check your shops payment account to see if the funds are shown there.
It has been mentioned on orders that might be initially considered "pending approval" but are then declined by the payment processor take longer to disappear from the orders section of the shop manager.
