Listings not showing so cannot renew any

Today, in the Listings section in Shop Manager, it shows that I have eight active listings and seven expired ones.  On my shop's home page, however, it shows 111 active listings.  I just got back from a long trip so have been updating the expired ones and renewing them on a daily basis a chunk at a time, and there are three pages of expired ones so more than seven.  I renew several a day but cannot now that they're not showing.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Did you figure out a way by any chance of getting them to show up, or is this something that Etsy needs to fix?  In the meantime, I hope they're showing up for customers when they search for them via computer or the app.  Am going to check a couple now on the computer but don't use the app.  Would someone mind checking a couple on the app for me please?

Check that you don't have any filters set in your listing manager. You can filter listings using keywords (up the top) and according to sections, shipping profiles, policies etc on the right hand side.

I currently see 111 active listings in your shop (viewed on Chrome, desktop Mac)

@Amaradorn:  Thank you for responding.  How do I access the listing manager from the listings page please?  I cannot see anything with that title.  I did click on Manage next to Sections, and a lot of the sections are a faded gray to show that they cannot be updated and am not sure why.  The same is the case for Shipping profiles.  For Return and exchange policies, Returns and Policies can be clicked on (shows 30), but the No Policy one is grayed out.  I just got back from a six-week trip so perhaps there's something I need to update that has expired?

@StitchRoundabout Sorry, it's just called 'Listings' - I call it the listing manager because that's what it does. 

Sections that do not have any active listings in them will be greyed out.

Since Etsy changed the way the policies work they assigned a policy to each listing based on what they think it should be (based on your original shop policy). You might need to check that each listing has the correct policy assigned. I'm not sure whether this would be causing your problem though.

I am not sure if this is relevant and please excuse me if I am over-similifying.

When you are on the Shop Manager Listings Page (selected from the Left Menu) are you then clicking on "Expired" in "Listing Status" (from the Right Menu)?

That should give you the Listings which have expired and need to be renewed. You can then use the Sections Filter to do this in groups.

I just double Checked and believe you have a Section selected as well as Expired. If there are no inactive / expired Listings in that Section, it will be greyed. But if you do have inactive listings the numbers in Active and Expired will show and they will be less than your overall Listing numbers.

Try changing Sections to "ALL" at the top. You should then see larger numbers in Active and Expired. I hope that makes sense.

Well I'll be.  They've all come back so I can renew again.  I deleted my cache, restarted, then got busy doing other stuff for a few hours, and now they're back, so I'm not sure if Etsy fixed something or it related to an overloaded cache.  I normally delete my cache and restart when I see issues on here, and also try signing out and in again, but I didn't do that first this time, so silly me.
