Quantity Selector Missing From Product

The quantity selection button is missing from my listings. I checked other shops and theirs is not missing. I checked that my inventory is not "1" so I thin it's a problem with Etsy's page. Is anyone else having this problem?

Very unfortunately, if your item is priced over $20.00, the Customer can Not see the 'quantity' until they go to Checkout. If it is Less than $20.00, the 'quantity' box will be on your listing.....

Just one of Many questionable things in the past several months.......
