Listing video failure

Hi. Anyone have the problem of your listing video refusing to load on any/all listings? I checked out the Etsy video how to, but it doesn’t really trouble shoot if it fails after following the directions. It is a mp4 format 61MB video. It won’t load from my IPad Pro or my laptop. Actually the Etsy help page won’t load on either device as well. I would love to add my video…

The video must be under 15 seconds for it to load.

Thanks. It is 15 seconds. I tried to load another video just to see if it was an issue with the actual video and this one was 8 seconds and it did not load still. I am pretty stumped…

Yeah, no. I just opened a new shop and have the same problem. made 2 videos, one on my Ipad and one on my PC and both won't load...wish I knew.
