HELP -Gmail hacked and Etsy Account Suspended in period of 10 minutes

What do I do!?! Both my Gmail account and Etsy Shop was hacked with their password changed showing a location of Tennessee while I'm in New Hampshire. Within 10 minutes my Etsy shop was suspended.

I've had my shop for 4 years, 100% 5 star reviews, nearly 900 sales and my shop was suspended just now with no reason given. I have orders open and ready to ship but I can't create the labels to send them. Etsy's auto response is that the dispute may take up to 2 weeks to receive a response. Etsy is my only income. Etsy has no phone support that I can find. My listings are wood wall clocks with no copywrite infringement and I don't use VPN.

You can't log in once Etsy suspends your account.

To print labels for your  current orders go to pirateship and open an account. It is free to use and integrates with Etsy. All of your Etsy info should be there and you can print a label=-it even updates your shipping and enters tracking on Etsy.

Thanks for this advice but it doesn't work.  I use Pirateship in my daily process but once your Etsy account is suspended the integration breaks and you can't import Etsy orders.

@CampfireInteriors  If you have the email notification for your orders, you can enter the shipping info manually in Pirate Ship.

Edited to add: Oops, forgot you said your email was hacked too. I hope you had already printed out your receipts for shipping so you can use those to create labels.

@CampfireInteriors If your Gmail was hacked, it likely was through a link in a phishing email that you clicked on, which means your entire device was hacked. That's the only way the hacker could get your Etsy password. That also means they have access to all your other accounts, including banking. You need to run a virus/malware scan ASAP and get busy changing the passwords on all your accounts, including all financial accounts, preferably using a different device.

You are obviously still logged into Forums. Did you try to access Help Center through the link at the top of this page? 

Etsy probably suspended your shop to protect you, when the email was changed. The hacker may also have changed the bank account, if they hacked your device and have that information as well. You should probably be thankful that Etsy suspended the shop, instead of complaining about it. At least the hacker can't change what's in your shop or take funds from sales.

What you assume seems logical but they accessed my Etsy account 7 minutes before my gmail account.  I can see this since I receive an email when they changed the passwords of each account.  I also didn't click on any links in unknown emails nor have I had any other accounts accessed beyond my google and etsy accounts.

Did you click on any links in Etsy messages? That's a new technique that scammers have been using. The hacker got access to both of those passwords somehow. It would be best to assume they have other passwords as well, until you know for certain that is not the case.
