I have a customer who has tried to buy something from me twice and Etsy has canceled the orders. I received an email about the first cancelation but nothing about the second. Now the item is showing up in my sold listings but there was no actual sale. I tried to contact seller support and no one is replying to my messages. Any suggestions besides emailing Etsy?
@BirneyCreek: "Now the item is showing up in my sold listings" Is the order showing up on the "completed" tab? If Etsy cancelled it there should be a notation on the order of that. "I received an email about the first cancelation but nothing about the second." Whether or not you receive a notification depends on when during the process Etsy cancelled / refused the order.
Both orders are showing on the completed tab as canceled - the item is now showing up in my sold listings. In my experience, the emails from Etsy regarding canceled sales they have canceled show up immediately.
