ACCOUNT SUSPENDED WITH NO REASON

Mmy account was suspended without any explanation.

I would like to know the reason why my account was closed. 

Since my store has been suspended I have been hardly trying to solve this matter.

My Etsy store is an honest work where I publish my products, Thank you in advance and wait for your feedback soon.

I have open orders and I need to solve this, I still have more than $200 credit balance in my account. 

Anyone know how to talk with an agent in Etsy, because the Help center doesn't work at all

Are you talking about the shop from which you posted?  There are no sales in this shop.

If you are talking about another shop, each shop has to be identified in the other shop.

@shinedecorshop: Why do you think your shop was suspended - there are none of the usual messages from Etsy on this shop? Do you have a second shop that you failed to mention (see https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017604474-Can-I-Run-More-Than-One-Shop-on-Etsy-?segment=s...)? Have you checked your junk / spam folder for an eMail from Etsy?

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

You can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us. If your exact issue does not exist keep looking until you find "I Still Need Help".

what were you selling?

any chance you had items that are against etsy rules (knives, tobacco products, ivory, coral, .... it's a long list - best way to get the complete list is to read the Seller's Handbook.

any chance you had items that were infringing on a trademark or copyright. That includes fan art - and even using the words 'inspired by' something that's trademarked. Another long list.

Although it is possible that it was suspended in error, it's more likely that there was a reason and the best way to get your account back is to try and figure out what might have gotten it suspended. Then you can appeal and rectify. Multiple suspensions might result in a permanent suspension so best to know what triggers these - even the ones that turn out to be erroneous so that you can avoid.

if you find your shop has been suspended sometimes they do send an email, sometimes it ends up in your spam folder, and sometimes from what i’ve read in the etsy forums, sellers don’t receive an email at all.

just fyi - to be legally sold on etsy items must be handmade (by you), or designed by you and made by a production partner (that you disclose), vintage (which etsy defines as more than 20+ years old), or a craft supply. if you weren't in any of these categories it’s a good bet your shop was permanently closed.

if you weren’t in violation and should not have been closed, here is the link to appeal 

if you were in violation, then you probably won’t be successful in reopening.
