The new form is causing me so many problems. I do made to order downloads however some listings that I had to renew are causing issues.
The problem I have is that when a client purchases a particular listing it’s instantly completed even though I haven’t even attached any files yet,
This used to happen before I used to use the old form which was fine but now they’ve taken the old form away there’s nothing I can do.
It’s really irritating because I now have to send the product direct to the customers email and I can’t simply just upload it for them because the orders already saying it’s completed when it hasn’t
