Yesterday my Etsy page suffered a cyber attack. The hackers renamed me to Etsy Staff and sent dozens of messages in my name.
Luckily, Etsy support temporarily blocked my page and the spam flow stopped. Now I am restoring my home computer and Google account, which are still blocked after the attacks.
And that's what worries me. My store is at an early stage of development, and perhaps after repeated complaints from other users about spam, the visibility of my ads will fall to the bottom? Is it so? And how can I improve the situation?
