When will I receive my 40 free listings after opening my shop?

@MJACDigitalCo you were probably charged 20 cents for your first listing, to officially open shop.  But if you did everything correctly thru a refer-a-friend link, then your next 40 listings (or listing renewals) should be free.  I think if you go to your shop manager- listings page, the amount of credits left will show in the upper right.

I think I didn't make a mistake though. I just have to click the link then sign up right? Then make a listing. This was yesterday. But still, no free listings on my end.

I also don't know how to reach out to etsy's customer service
