Issues with On Time Shipping & tracking stats.

Hello -

I've been an Etsy seller since 2019 and I always include a tracking no. Since the first of this year the system has been saying I'm not providing tracking numbers. I never forget to include the USPS tracking no.  Moreover the systems doesn't allow you to complete the order unless you provide one.  If one looks at my completed orders they all have tracking no.  

Please someone from the tech side take a look at the system as there is a glitch in the system.

There are a zillion current threads on this issue. Etsy is well aware of it.

Thanks for the update.  I just hope is corrected or they make the appropriate adjustments to the star seller so we won't loose it because of the glitch.

I’ve been having this issue as well. Good to know Etsy is aware of it. But it’s annoying since it’s how they calculate your star seller rating!
