Please check my account and fix this issue as i have 100% tracking on my orders

You think it would be wise of Etsy to give other sellers access to your Etsy account?
The shipping metric not only requires tracking, but also in-time shipping. Do you have clearly stated ship by dates on all your listings, and did you ship within those dates on every sale?

Same. My star seller dash says I have tracking missing on 3 orders, & that's totally untrue. It's dropped me down to 83%. Tried contacting support, & was sent here
I have noticed some of the moderators are able to check stats and fix this in recent weeks when they catch it
It hasn’t helped me to contact Etsy support. I’ve chatted with them 4 times, no one will call me back, and I’ve emailed them. Still nothing.
