Hi everyone,
I recently created an Etsy account, paid the $15 setup fee, and set up my shop. However, in the payment settings, I see "Enroll in Etsy Payments." When I click "Enroll now," it automatically says, "Your bank information has been saved."
But when I click "Continue and save," I get this error:
"Please fix the errors on these fields."
If I try to go "Back to Payment Settings," it again shows:
"Continue enrolling / Exit without saving."
I'm stuck in this loop and can't proceed. Has anyone faced this issue before? Is my shop fully verified and active for selling, or do I need to take any further action?
Thanks in advance for any help

Your shop looks like you have Etsy Payments set up already. Have you verified via Plaid? (I'm not sure how that bit works - I just know that US sellers have to complete that step) Check your email inbox (not messages) to see if Etsy sent you instructions or a confirmation.
@CraftWithCareShop Have you checked your email? It does sound odd this would happen. Read this article and see if you missed something.

Same issue with me as well, tried to reach support 3 times, and surprisingly they are unable to solve my issue, told me to wait we have set your issue on priority and you will get an email but have got nothing again surprisingly. I am too much frustrated with this one small issue due to which I am just getting visitors on my shops, they connected me and told me that they are unable to place order because of this sh*tty issue. IT HAS GONE NUTS and eventually giving me losses.
@IQSUprints You already have Etsy payments in your shop.
I already have setupped my shop, contacted payoneer they said everything is good on their end, contacted etsy support 3 times, I know the issue is with etsy and they are not willing to take the responsability, I have already connected payoneer but it says me "Enrol in Etsy Payments today!" and when I click it it takes me to the page where it says "bank info is already saved", when i click on save and continue it shows me error. explained everything to support with screenshots but they are not willing to help.
Just to give it a demo try I tried to place order from my own side so that I could check what the real issue is, when I complete everything and about to checkout it says me "Oh dear. There was a problem submitting your order. Please give it another shot. If you continue to have problems, please contact support."
Etsy blocks you buying from yourself, don't even try it, it can get your shop shut down
If you are using a VPN and/or an ad blocker extension on your browser, turn them both off.
@steelhipdesign No vpn is being used plus not me but I have confirmed from one of my buyer and he mentioned this same issue on his end.
@CraftyCornishMaids I was doing that just for the sake of to see what is the real issue and I found that out.
Etsy Support deliberately closing these tickets so that they don't have to solve this unknown issue on their end, and not willing to solve it, I bet they are eating free money. I have lot of proofs that they are not willing to solve the issue by intention, not sending any email to update the seller as well. I have waited for more than a month now and I think I should escalate it further.
