I have had 100% on all requirements all the way up until today, when I was going to get my star seller message. I just opened my store 3 months ago. Today It says I got 83 percent on returning messages. It reads 5 were sent before 24 hours and 1 was after 24 hours. I went over every message and I did not see any messages that was returned after 24 hours. So I wanted to talk to someone on Etsy. Is this possible to clear this up. I work really hard and I feel cheated. My products are all sent through printful so I know it was not the mailing out late. Thanks
I sold 20 items, over $300 and yes, today marks my 90 day waiting period. It has always been 100 percent across the board. I would like to ask about the messages they say I was 24 hours late on. I know that is incorrect.
@swanhousearts: If you Star Seller page has updated, remember that the stats you now see are for the January star (October, November and December). The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the December Star (September, October and November).
Now that I think about it, my 90 days will be on December 23rd. But still, my message rating is an 83%. Should I contact Etsy? Can I write to someone at Etsy? I would like to clear this up.
