Hello, I have several shipping templates set up, and they used to work perfectly. Now for some reason, for calculated shipping, Etsy is charging the customer too much and I'm constantly having to refund money. For the most part even though I enter the dimensions of the package on each listing, it keeps charging the extra 4.00 for oversize packaging. Can someone assist?
