I need help, every time I try to add a item to my shop, I get threw all of the questions then when I hit submit, then it says zip code is invalid, someone please help!!!!
For $12.95 shipping I would expect to get everything in the picture. The way the listing is set up I can't tell what's for sale.
BTW, your listing is set up to ship to all countries. I suggest deactivating it until you figure things out.
Yes, I can buy it in the UK - shipping cost £51.97.
I would also suggest deactivating until you work it out. And when you reactivate, make sure you include every single ingredient in your products, for allergy purposes, vegans, kosher etc.
Well the 12.95 is a flat rate shipping box that the post office carries it goes by weight and it's 6.95 for and pound or under and then for anything above that it goes to actually 13.95 and I just ask for the 12.95 back, but I can fit up too 2 in a box but I normally have the one plus a bunch of samples in as well.
Yea something is definitely amiss as to ship from KY to my default US test destination zip of 90210 would cost 34.66 ! I could send four parcels from Toronto to there and with the leftover buy a tall Starbucks.
Yeah I keep trying to fix it, and I don't know how to, I might try you tube
When you're new, it can be confusing.
I used to sell bath and body items and it won't cost $23.03 to California and if I add 2, it says $37.81 for shipping.
You should deactivate the listing until you figure it out.
Nobody is going to pay $10 for the item and another $23 for shipping.
The item only weighs 8 ounces ( plus the shipping box, 4x4x4?)
I am having this issue as well. I have edited the zip code on my Etsy shop.
Now I can't edit the Etsy shop? Am need of some help with this....
Thanks so much
@Artisuanga14 Please start your own post to get the help you need, hijacking another persons post is not the best way.
What are you shipping that costs even $12.95 as you state you are using ($14.49 when I put an item in my cart) is too much if it's just for one of those little containers. Even a flat rate box only costs about $8-$9.
Ditto on the medical claims - can't do that.
